IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
● Lake refill started March 1st.
● Our lake began to refill on March 1 which is also the date we started last
year. Keach Dam will close their lower gate on April 1. How fast our lake refills
will be determined by the amount of rain that occurs.
SAVE THE DATE Tickets on sale now!
● Saturday, May 17th is our primary fundraiser & its success depends on YOUR
participation. You have many ways to participate, but 2 are especially noteworthy:
○ By purchasing tickets & attending, along with your family & friends (Tables of 10 are
recommended if that works for you)
○ Donating items for the Silent Auction! Success of the Silent Auction depends on donations
from our local businesses and from you!
■ START SEARCHING YOUR BARNS, ATTICS, WHEREVER FOR ITEMS TO DONATE TO
THE AUCTION
■ CONSIDER:
● an individual item to purchase and donate
● an artistic creation of yours and/or jewelry you no longer wear
● a gift basket you prepare or purchase
● Cleo has baskets that need filling – contact her with your offer to fill a basket with
items that are a theme of your choice: also, if you have baskets or containers,

EARTH DAY Rain or shine
● Earth Day cleanup this year will be held on Saturday, April 26th. Meet at the pavilion on Main St.Chepachet 9:00AM for your location to be picked. SDRA has long been a
partner in this valued initiative; our members typically work on cleaning the area across from
the Transfer Station. Please
